Madera Police investigate a deadly crash

FRESNO, Calif. -- The crash happened just before 11 p.m. Thursday at Golden State Boulevard and Boles Street in Madera.

Police say the driver was driving along a curved road, but she kept on driving straight. Her car veered off the road and overturned into a dirt field. The driver was ejected and killed.

The woman's name has not yet been released. Officers are trying to find out if speed was a factor in the crash.
