The image was captured by a surveillance camera in the parking lot of a McDonalds near West and Ashlan on December 2nd just moments before the crash.
The accident killed 9-year old Sebastian Amezcua.
Police say the crash was caused by a 15-year-old driver who stole his mother's car and hit the Amezcua family's SUV. But the boy's attorney says his client was being chased.
Amezcua's wife and 5-year old son were also seriously injured in the crash.
