The fire began in the kitchen area but investigators will be going through what's left of the building today to see how the fire started. They say the restaurant was closed for the night and locked tight.
Restaurant Fire in North Fresno
Over 25 firefighters battled the flames at Perko's on Bullard off Highway 41. Fire officials say around 2:20am Monday morning, the flames were shooting through the roof of the restaurant.
