The area was blocked off for most of the day as investigators worked to figure out who attacked who.
Police said a knife and a gun were found in the home along with several pounds of marijuana. They said Jeremy Miller was taken to St. Agnes hospital where he died.
The suspect, Bobby Esparza, was treated for head injuries then arrested. Investigators said there is one suspect still on the loose.
