Lt. Matt Magro says the 90-year-old man and 88-year-old woman were found with gunshot wounds inside their home on New Year's Day. Police have not released their identities pending notification of next of kin.
Magro says the deaths are being treated as a homicide and the investigation is ongoing.
An unidentified family acquaintance alerted police, mentioning the couple had medical issues.
