When pirates tried to take it in the dark of night, they found out that private Israeli Security Forces were on board.
They opened fire on the pirates and got rid of them.
Experts said armed security on cruise ships with hundreds of passengers is probably a good idea, but it doesn't make financial sense on cargo ships with small crews.
