Some will be forced to take two weeks between July and August without pay. Others will be paid for up to two weeks off this summer.
Company officials blame the recession for the cutbacks.
Last month, Pelco eliminated 17 sales positions.
The company was sold to French Conglomerate Schneider Electric in 2007.
