Schwarzenegger made the comments on Good Morning America ahead of his speech at the Climate Change Summit in Cophenhagen.
In his speech he talked about how California can be a model for green technology for the rest of the world
Schwarzenegger says world leaders don't have to choose between a clean environment and economic growth saying quote "we've proved that over and over again in California".
