The festival features several award-winning films, including an Oscar-nominated one working magic on audiences.
The German comedic drama Vincent Wants to Sea tells the story of an unlikely trio of runaways. Vincent suffers from Tourette's Syndrome. After his mother's death, Vincent's politician father institutionalizes him, but he ultimately escapes with two fellow patients-an anorexic named Marie and the obsessive-compulsive Alexander.
Vincent's mission is simple: He wants to honor his mother's dying wish and release her ashes into the seas off Italy. To get there, Vincent and his friends steal their doctor's car.
