Biologists Kevin O'Connor, Clu Cotter, And Thomas Stolberg were killed last year along with the pilot Dennis Donan. They died when their helicopter clipped high voltage power lines and went down in Madera County.
Lawyers claim So-Cal Edison failed to mark the lines. Attorneys told Action News Southern California Edison agreed to pay an undisclosed settlement and mark the lines. Meanwhile, the helicopter company agreed to pay $10-million in the case.
