Dr. Caldwell is currently serving as the Associate Vice President for Planning and Improvement at Western Wyoming Community College. She has a doctoral degree in "Supervision, curriculum, and instruction in higher education" with emphasis in community colleges from Texas A&M University.
Dr. Caldwell will start as Reedley College President on July first.
