Police spent more than five hours trying to get the man out of a home on P Street near Jensen.
Authorities say the man walked into the home with a gun around 2:30 Thursday. They say the man has four arrest warrants for non-violent crimes.
Several people were inside at the time, but police eventually pulled them from the home.
Investigators plan to search the house as soon as a warrant is signed.
