3 hit in Southeast Fresno drive-by shooting

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno Police say three people were shot at a Fourth of July gathering Saturday night.

It happened near Hamilton and Chestnut around 6:30 p.m. Someone drove by and opened fire, hitting three adults. All three are expected to recover.

Detectives are now working to identify possible suspects. Witnesses say they were driving a dark four door sedan.
