Chef Shayna's Protein Packed Pancakes recipe

They're a flawless breakfast choice, but what if you want to go healthy with your flapjacks?

Ingredients
3/4 cups Greek Yogurt (Vanilla or Fruit Flavored)
1 TB Honey
1 egg
1/2 cup Wheat Flour
1 teaspoon of Baking Soda
Pinch of salt
Optional: 1/2 cup fruit of choice (blueberries, sliced bananas, sliced apples)
Directions

In a bowl combine yogurt, honey, & egg until blended. Stir in flour and baking soda until blended. Optional: Gently fold in fruit of choice.
Ladle 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot griddle. Cook for 2-3 minutes until you see small bubbles. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes until golden brown.

Drizzle with syrup and serve warm.
