Semi-truck overturns onto Highway 99 in Fresno, causing traffic back-up

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A semi-truck crash along southbound Highway 99 backed traffic for miles on Thursday morning.

Officials say the truck collided with two vehicles on the highway near Olive Avenue just after 6 am.

The semi overturned, blocking the southbound lanes.

One person suffered minor injuries.

Cars were lined up for miles for several hours but the roadway has since been cleared.
