FRESNO, Calif. -- Officials are looking in the cause of an overnight fire at a home in Southeast Fresno. It broke out around 1:15 a.m. Wednesday in the area of Cedar and Ventura.
Authorities say the fire started in a pile of debris that was in the home's backyard. They say it somehow caught on fire, and the flames got to the home's attic. Officials say the home was vacant and there was no one inside at the time.
