Injured Earlimart man found in road, dies at hospital

FRESNO, Calif. -- Investigators say the man sustained trauma to his upper body which caused his death.

The Tulare County Sheriff's Office said they found the 21-year-old victim on Howard Road near Avenue 48 in Earlimart. They said he was taken to the hospital where he later died.

The Sheriff's Office said it was unclear how the victim sustained the injuries that caused his death. They have not released the victim's identity.
