The Big Fresno Fair Museum

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Some fair-goers have been learning about the history spanning 131 years of the Big Fresno Fair.

With vintage signs, old vehicles and grills gracing the exterior of the building, the Big Fresno Fair Museum intersects the past with the present. Through this door you can take a historical journey and see items dating back well over a century. Big Fresno Fair CEO John Alkire is especially proud of these old gas company globes -- a new addition.

Ever since the museum opened last year, people have been bringing in memorabilia to share. They range from old pictures to old trophies and clippings to a collection of pennants.
