Man shot multiple times in northeast Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A man is recovering in the hospital morning after being shot in Northeast Fresno.

Officers say the victim was standing inside the Butterfly Grove apartment complex on Fresno and San Ramon when the suspect walked up and opened fire around 10 pm Sunday.

The victim was hit at least three times in the lower body and was rushed to the hospital.

His condition is unknown at this time.
