Authorities arrested a 15-year old boy for Meza's murder. They also arrested two brothers from Orange Cove on charges related to the homicide. They are 23-year old Ricardo Villa and 19-year Hasani Villa. Detectives are also investigating a string of other shooting in the Orosi area that took place around the same time.
Officers say the investigation is ongoing.
