Elderly woman found dead inside Fresno home

Officers say they got a call about an injured woman at a house on east Eugenia near Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard just before 11 p.m.

But when they arrived at the home, they found the woman dead inside.

"At this time all we really know is this is a suspicious death. We have investigators on scene trying to talk to everyone who was in the house to try to determine exactly what happened," Lt. Jon Papaleo said.

Police say several other people were living at the house with the woman.
