Hotel guests called police. Moments later, officers spotted the car in Southeast Fresno and pulled over the driver near Chestnut and Lane.
Police say the teenage suspects surrendered without a problem. One is 18-years-old and the other is 17.
Both are being charged with assault with a deadly weapon, carjacking, and robbery.
