Saturday's storm caused serious damage in Southern California, where a massive clean-up effort is now underway.Heavy rain sent mud flowing into several neighborhoods including those in La-Canada Flintridge in Los Angeles County.

This is the same area that burned during the massive station fire last year, leaving exposed hillsides prone to mudslides.

As a result - acting Governor Jerry Brown declared a state of emergency for LA County on Saturday.
