Thursday deputies arrested 20-year-old Angel Gutierrez. He has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
Monday investigators arrested 18-year-old Julio Macias, 19-Year-old Juan Perez, and 18-year-old Anthony Alcaraz. These three men have been charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
