Wildfire breaks out west of Coalinga, HWY 198 closed

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The "Frame Fire" is burning about 14 miles west of Coalinga near Highway 198 and Frame Lane. The flames and smoke have forced Highway 198 to close in that area.

Cal Fire says at least 145 acres have burned as well as one structure -- and other buildings are threatened. Containment is at 20 percent.

This fire is not far from the Curry Fire which has scorched nearly three thousand acres. It was sparked on Friday and is 90 percent contained.
