Fight between Fresno roommates ends with stabbing

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Police say two roommates got into an argument which resulted in a stabbing near the intersection of Manila and Belmont in East Central Fresno.

When officers arrived, they found a man in his 40's who had been stabbed - possibly in the lower back. Police say a suspect in his 20's ran away and they're still looking for him.

Witnesses tell police the suspect may have been drinking prior to the incident. The victim was taken to Community Regional Medical Center in stable condition.
