3 men, with paint on hands, arrested on vandalism charges in Los Banos, police say

FRESNO, California (KFSN) -- Three men are in police custody this morning accused of vandalizing a Los Banos park.

Police say Daniel Borbon, Richard Castillo and Elija Hernandez had fresh paint on their hands and cans of spray paint in their car. All three face charges of vandalism and participating in a criminal street gang.

Castillo was also charged with DUI and violating parole.
