Suspect wanted for grabbing cash from registers in Madera

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Madera police are warning business owners to watch out for a man stealing money right out of the cash register.

Police say surveillance video shows Joseph Lee acting as though he is going to pay, but as soon as the cash register opens, he reaches inside and grabs as much money as he can. Lee then runs out of the store with the cash. Police say he has been caught on camera twice doing this.

Officers are asking business owners to watch for him and notify them if they see him.
