School bus rear-ended by truck in Northwest Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A crash between a school bus and a truck tied up traffic in Northwest Fresno on Monday morning. The crash happened on Shaw Avenue near Hayes Avenue. California Highway Patrol investigators say the bus was rear-ended by a pickup truck.

Only one child was on the bus. Authorities say he was not injured but was taken to a hospital by his parents as a precaution. No one else was injured in the crash.
