Police searching for suspect who robbed McDonald's in Southeast Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Police are searching for the man who robbed a Southeast Fresno McDonald's. It happened around nine Tuesday night at the restaurant on Kings Canyon and Winery.

Police said a man walked in, bought some cheeseburgers, then hopped over the counter and started to take money from the register.

After grabbing the cash, the suspect took off.

Police said the suspect did not have a gun.
