Visalia Teen Allegedly Shoots Man to Death

2/28/2008 Visalia Visalia Police said they received a call of shots fired around 5:00pm Wednesday night at a home on Thomas near Paradise. When officers arrived they found a man outside in front of the house with a gunshot wound. He later died.

Officers questioned witnesses and found the man had been fighting with another man and pointed a gun at him and several other people. Police say a 13-year-old came out from the house and shot the man once. Officers did not arrest the teen.

The District Attorney will review the case.
