Man Clambers Down Cliff and Disappears

Rescuers searched the area of Herndon and Monroe for several hours Monday after getting calls that a man jumped off a cliff into the /*San Joaquin River*/.
Deputies say 54 year old /*Billy Richards*/ ran over the edge after he became upset.
The Fresno County Sheriff's Department says the man returned safely to his home, and was not injured.
