Wednesday morning, the rest of the retail complex, owned by Omni financial, was set up for an opening bid of $22.5-million dollars.
Part of the property auctioned off includes the new Edge nightclub which opened for one night last Friday.
Club owner Kirk Vartanian said the sale wouldn't affect his club at all.
