Jason Berry was arrested by authorities on multiple warrants. He was part of an Action News Investigation of the jail, because he'd been arrested and released twice in January alone.
Both times he was set free by the Sheriff's Office because of budget cuts. Berry is accused of stealing a truck during a residential burglary on January third.
Fresno Police are also investigating a recent break-in at a Northeast Fresno home. Neighbors said Berry had been living next door.
