Surfers and business owners in Long Beach Township, New Jersey are upset over a new town ordinance against disrobing in public. The mayor says police aren't going to permit people changing into and out of wet suits on the streets leading to the beach. She says the town's three public restrooms are where they should go.

The owner of the Wave Hog Surf Shop in Ship Bottom says he thinks the ordinance is dumb and will be hard to enforce.

But the mayor says numerous residents have complained about people undressing in the streets.
