The deaths of 18-year olds David Montez and Jeffrey Seymore have hit the town hard.
The CHP said Montez ran a stop sign. Parts of the PG&E truck scattered all over the road. Montez's truck caught on fire.
His sister said Montez got his driver's license just two weeks ago. "You got to be careful where you drive. I told him to make complete stops," said Monica Santana.
A third person in the truck, Melvin Bell, was air-lifted to Community Regional Medical Center. He was last listed in critical condition.
The PG&E driver had minor cuts and bruises.
