The Center for Science in the public interest looked at 17 different restaurants and found some meals contained double-- even triple the recommended daily amount of sodium in one meal.
According to the study, the saltiest meal in America is the Admiral's Feast at /*Red Lobster*/ with more than seven thousand milligrams-- or three teaspoons of salt.
Next was Buffalo Chicken Fajitas, followed by the Honey Chipotle Ribs-- both from /*Chili's*/.
The /*Olive Garden*/'s Tour of Italy and Chicken Parmigiana round out the top five.
