Officers say a man gave a ride to the boy and his mother in a stolen var. The owners of the van caught up to them and the suspect left the woman behind, but took off with her son.
Police have found the boy after he was dropped off at someone's house, but they have no located the suspect. The search is still active, so stay tuned to Action News for more information.
