The flames broke out around 12:30 a.m. Monday morning. Crews are not going into the building right now because fire officials say the old building is too unstable and could collapse, so firefighters are spraying water from the outside.
No one was inside the building when the fire started and there are no reports of injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
