Goldstein's Mortuary and Delicatessen opens in Fresno; not a mortuary or deli

FRESNO, Calif. -- There's a new place to quench your thirst in Fresno's Tower District.
Goldstein's Mortuary and Delicatessen is located at Wishon and Olive avenues. The business gets its name from the character Emmanuel Goldstein in George Orwell's classic novel, "1984".
Their tagline is "No bodies, no pastrami, just beer." So it's not actually a delicatessen.
The owner says "1984" is just one of his favorite books. The bar boasts 40-taps of some of the best craft beer available, and a boat that serves as a bar.
