FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno Police made an arrest while conducting a probation search at a Central Fresno home.

Investigators say 43-year-old Christopher Mohn is a convicted felon and had nine firearms in his possession. Fresno Police say the suspect is well known to the department's MAGEC (Multi-Agency Gang Enforcement Consortium) unit. They say Mohn is involved with biker gangs and also has a drug problem.

"In speaking with Mr. Mohn, he did readily admit that he does have a meth problem. For us this is kind of par for the course," said Sgt. Paul Cervantes, Fresno Police MAGEC unit.

To date Fresno's MAGEC unit has seized 157 firearms. Sergeant Cervantes says they're right on pace to beating the record from last year.
