Man dies after being found unresponsive in road in Southeast Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno police were at Florence and East where they found a person unresponsive.

Investigators said the adult man was lying in the roadway next to a wheelchair.

The victim was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

So far he has not been identified.
