FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The names of the two suspects who died after a home-invasion robbery and shootout in Fresno County have been released.
The sheriff's office says Jesus Magana, 23, and Francisco Zamora, 25, were fatally shot on Thursday. They were two of the seven men accused of posing as officers to steal marijuana and cash from a home on Orange near American, according to investigators.
The robbery sparked a chaotic shootout between the suspects and residents. Several children were in the home at the time, including a 15-year-old girl who was kidnapped and later released.
Deputies caught two of the suspects and are still searching for three others. They were seen in a gray Honda Accord with a paper license plate that read "corona."
