Man stabbed while riding bike in Central Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. -- Police are looking for the suspect in an overnight stabbing in Central Fresno that sent a man to the hospital.

The incident happened a little after midnight in the area of Belmont Avenue near Calaveras Street. Police say the victim was riding his bike, when someone stabbed him.

The man was taken to the hospital but his condition hasn't been released.

Police do not have a description of the suspect. Anyone with information is asked to contact them.
