Family of murdered Sikh man to hold vigil

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Family members of the man attacked and killed at a convenient store in central Fresno are welcoming everyone to attend a vigil for him Friday night.

The vigil will be held at the Express Mart on Shields Avenue. The same store where an unidentified teenager fatally attacked Gurcharan Singh Gill on New Year's day.

A $10,000 reward is being offered for information on the teen.

Members of the Sikh community believe the attack was a hate crime, but police say they're still investigating that possibility.
